Everlasting care homes is currently accepting residents both male and female ages 55 and above in our Champlin residential group home. We have Three rooms currently open. We accept BI, CADI waivers and Private pay. The home is a beautiful 5- bed 2- story unit. All bedrooms are single occupancy.
Our residential support services include registered nurses service, nutrition based meals, medication administration, behavior management, DSP services and many more.
